Impact of a residential program on attractiveness of The Jizera Mountains

Abstract
The article presents results of an evaluation of an environmental education program for children in age 10-12. The goal was to analyze if the program increases attractiveness of Jizera Mountains for children. The research (N=78) did not proofed any impact of the program on attractiveness of the Jizera Mountains. According to its results, the Jizera Mountains are attractive more to girls than to boys. Age is negatively correlated with the attractiveness. Previous experience has no impact on the attractiveness. The article further discusses limits of the research and suggests possible improvements of the program.
