Abstract

Ethics is responsibility and respect towards others.  The article summarizes the personal experience of our dear friend Martin Říha. The author is convinced that the concept of "public interest" is an enduring value regardless of regime change, and that healthy and beautiful natural environment is a "public interest" to people across the political spectrum.
