Abstract

In this series of articles I have exposed for sustainability we should understand our behaviour in connection to awareness with the belonging role of education. Awareness of our own dualism and at the same time our longing for unity. Mankind has to learn to develop his/her brains in the direction of unity of mind in consistency with long term thinking. This has a religious dimension and the spiritual development forms a base for as well our emotional as our cognitive dimension. In this article I will try to go further into this matter and point out the coherence with the organizational structure in which we should have to live.
